My cooperation is based on a proven four-step process that gives you clarity and peace of mind from the first conversation right through to the finished project with documentation.
🟢 Step 1: Let’s Get to Know Each Other and Plan the Process
We start with an initial meeting — it can be in person or online. It’s an informal chat during which I get to know your expectations, habits, functional and aesthetic needs.
This is also when I analyse any materials you provide — developer plans, technical drawings, Pinterest inspirations, or photos of interiors you like.
If you haven’t prepared anything — no problem. I’ll help organise your thoughts and identify the style that suits you best.
At this stage, I also answer all your questions (and usually there are plenty!) and clear up any doubts.
Finally, we agree on the plan of action — the scope of work, deadlines, and project phases.
This is an important moment to build trust and understanding, enabling me to create an interior truly tailored to you.
📐 Step 2: Functionality is Key
Based on our discussions, I prepare a functional layout of the interior. Usually, I create 2–3 versions that differ in the arrangement of walls, furniture, and usage zones.
At this stage, we make crucial decisions:
where to put a partition wall,
whether it’s worth changing the kitchen layout,
how best to use a small hallway,
how to solve the living area so that it’s comfortable and practical.
All proposals are presented as technical drawings, which are easy to understand — you don’t need to be a designer to grasp the essentials.
While aesthetics matter, it’s function that builds everyday comfort. That’s why, before moving on to colours and textures, we perfect a logical, ergonomic layout.
🎨 Step 3: Visualisations — The Interior Takes Shape
Once we agree on the functional layout, I move to the next step — 3D visualisations. This is when the interior starts to look like… an interior.
I create visualisations based on:
your lifestyle and taste,
inspirations you have shared,
our talks about colours, materials, and the atmosphere of the space.
Each visualisation is photorealistic, allowing you to see the project almost like a photo from the future.
This helps you evaluate how colour combinations look, how the furniture presents itself, and what emotions the space evokes — the space you’ll soon live in.
This stage makes it easy to refine details and make informed decisions without stress or uncertainty.
🗂️ Step 4: The Final Project — Time to Act
After you approve the visual design, I prepare a complete technical documentation package, which you can give to the contractors or use when buying materials.
The documentation includes, among other things:
floor, ceiling, lighting, and socket layouts,
wall and furniture placements,
technical drawings of bathrooms and kitchens,
lists of materials and equipment,
a complete set of visualisations from various angles.
This package gives you a sense of security — the project is refined, and contractors have clear guidelines. This helps you avoid mistakes, misunderstandings, and unnecessary expenses.
